Who called from 7795550113

This came in on my biz line.  No one was there and then it hung up.  I phoned it back and got a recording that the number was disconnected.  Yet another number to block.  Looks like I'm the 1st to report this number.  Lucky me.

Keep getting calls from this number,  they hang up and when I call it back I get a recording  that says my  call can't go through.

Why would you call back an unknown number? Do you need more calls?

I guess this guy was really busy on 10/7, I had a missed call and no message.
