Calls, doesn't speak after you answer call with 'hello', and then caller hangs up after 6 seconds. Caller id location = Newark, Illinois. (Don't know anyone from that state.) I've recieved several calls like this from various unknown numbers... Not sure if it's various people or the same person using different recycled numbers.

This unknown number called my cell, no message was left.
***Side note After this call I received another from a different unknown # - Strange thing was that it was an incomplete # (only 9 digits)

Do not know anyone from this area. I am on the do not call list. I do not answer calls I cannot ID, but i'm on somr kind of list because I get 4-5 random calls everyday. Most likely a scam. Can these people be arrested????????
