Picked up the call and said hello. I got a 'Hello?' back twice. Either their equipment doesn't work very well or they are messing around. Ignore this number and block.
We live in St. Albert. At 7:30 pm the phone rang twice and displayed 780-178-1453. I answered and said hello twice...no response but dead air. I hung up.
5:28 pm Edmonton ~ phone rang about 4 times ~ displayed Unknown Name 780 178 1453.
I did not pick up as a 178 number sounds fishy to me. I usually do not pick up Unknown Name calls anyway.
