Caller ID says "MASSACHUSETTS".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  I hear the following, "The number you have dialed is not in service.  Please, check the number and try your call again. Thank You."

Typically the text portion of the caller ID is associated with some cell phones in Massachusetts.

I believe that actual phone numbers can't start with a one, so it looks like they spoofed the number.  Almost certainly some type of scumbag calling.
