Knew my name. Said they were from "Rx Pharmacy" and could send me a topical pain cream as benefit of my health plan if I would just confirm my address. I declined. Smells like phishing.
Did not leave a message, called back with my own # blocked to check them out and got a recording that the number was not in service. This is exactly why I never answer a number I don't recognize.

Called with all of my information including address and date of birth asking me if I wanted pain cream, tell these people to put you on their do not call list.
