Have been called 3 times in last 2 days, no message left

Scam - "this urgent telephone call about your .."

called on cell phone.  did not pick up as did not recognize number.   will not pickup any phone call where I do not recognize number.  if they call and I do not answer, leave a fricking message.  if not...tough crap on you.....

This number has called several times. I did not recognize the number so I didn't answer. No message left with any call which makes me believe it's a SCAM
