This number called my DNC listed phone tonight at 1943 hours. The background was noisy when I answered. A guy asked if he was speaking with Ms. [name.] As he was using the name of my inlaws and not my own, the name under which I have the phone listed, I knew he was not actually calling for me. I told him, no, and asked who was calling. He disconnected. Now THAT is rude. I have no idea who it was but I have no interest in speaking with them if they hang up just when someone asks who they are.

I blocked my phone number and called this number back. I immediately got a recording that gave me the option of pressing 1 for "help," 2 for a company directory, and 3 for assistance at any time to speak with an operator. As I was calling a few minutes after I received a call from their phone number, I pressed 3. I guess "any time" means some other time than when THEY call to bug people because i got another recording thanking me for calling "Net at Work" whatever that's supposed to be, and told me to leave a message. I left a nasty message about them calling DNC listed phone numbers at night and hanging up when asked who was calling.
Ignored it, came here to verify if it's a scam call and erased it from the caller ID log. If it's an important call from a legitimate caller they will leave a voice mail, which I may decide to return or erase.
