Who called from 7812417876

I believe this number is a collection agencey for Credit One Bank credit cards.
I answered the phone and nobody responded right away so I hung up.

I am not sure who this is, since I do not and never have had a credit card or any reason for a creditor to call me.... hmmm... i just hung up.

I too just received a call from this number (on my cell) & a phone reverse website identified it as stated above, collection agency from some CC company.  I do not, & have never had a CC with them.
Could this be some newly created scam today??
