Who called from 7812428082

Robocall. Caller I.D. says "Hull."

Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached a LEC recording saying that the number is not in service.

They called us again.

Rookie scam artist, stumbling over his prepared speech. Trying to sell me something or the other for my home. I stopped listening after the first 3 seconds.
Not sure if related but within 5 mins got another SCAM call from:

Introduced himself by a different name. Speech about trying to sell me Solar.

A guy named Pat called from some Security Co., said I wasn't interested and hung up.  I'm on the Do Not Call List also.
