Have blocked similar message before from a different-only answered my cell because it comes up with a local number.  A friendly woman apologizing saying she's having an issue with her headset then goes into a resort scam.  Sounds very human maybe not.  Either way it's a hoax to hang up on but since I've received and blocked this "local" call before it seems like they just keep getting new unidentifiable numbers.
