receiving calls

Missed a call from this number and left no voice mail. I called back but the phone does not ring.

This number called my cell and when I answered it was an automated message stating that my call might be monitored or recorded to please hold while my call was being connected.  This number is registered to Charlestown MA. ALL my numbers are on the national do not call registry.

its probally a jail house that called you i have gotten alot of the same kinda calls with my old number
