Who called from 7812730820

Just got a call from this number at 4:31pm. I also have an L.A. number with that I had with Sprint until last month when I ported it to Tmobile. No voicemail was left. I signed up my number with the no call list many times. So, if this is a telemarketing company or service they are violating the law.

I called and a recording says "The service you are trying to reach is unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I googled this number to see who it was - and I was led to this site.

call received from this number at 4:41pm...also received 2 calls from an unknown number earlier this morning.  8/23/07  no voicemails left

Just got a call from this number - 5pm.
I'm in Los Angeles - AT&T Cell phone - they left no message.

I got the call, too. I'm also in L.A.

Got this call at 10:50am and an unknown number at 5:00pm. I live in LA and have AT&T.  What kind of scam is this?
