This is obviously a hired third party telephone scam company. The alleged name of the company is "SantanderSurvey tel # (781) 291-3450." They allege to conduct surveys and the recording states "CANNOT REVEAL THE NAMES OF THE CLIENTS WHO SPONSOR OUR RESEARCH PROJECTS." This means that there are sponsoring interested third party [***] heads in the background gathering information from people who they ask for by name for purposes of gathering intelligence and character profiling. the previous post stated that he answered the phone and they hung up. why would they hang up if you answered their call. don't they want a person to answer? isn't that what a telemarketer wants?!?
Some snotty female called from Duxbury Ma. - She asked to speak to my Father - I explained that my 85 year old Dad no longer accepts phone calls - could I help Her, take a message, etc, - She told me she would recall another time ?? I explained my Father wouldn't be any younger at a later time, and she just hung up.
