It is a fake #, associated with cell phones that have caller ID blocked and are roaming. Most likely placed to a smart phone, and the software couldn't calculate the proper #, hence this showed up. Calling it back has no use, no one will ever answer and all you will get it a busy signal......
I got this number asking bennett and he was uttering flithy words and am going to report to cop.
