This guy says his name is Thomas and although I've told him numerous times that I don't know who he is, I don't know where he's from, he keeps calling and texting my number. He recently called my phone on August 4th. When he calls, it doesn't sound like a person is talking. I don't know what this is. I just want it to stop. It's irritating.
