these cretins are taking up my air time and when I pick up wait for me and then either say they are with some school program or hang up after I tell them I plan to report them to the police for harassing me.  My cell phone carrier says they can't block these calls, and these cretins also use: 781-326-1227; 781-322-1030; 781-322-1102; 781-319-1525; 319-1316.  They are apparently using some form of spoof card to piggyback onto legitimate numbers.  

why can't these scum be stopped and prosecuted for harassing us????
