keep getting multiple calls every day, who keeps calling

multiple calls every day....  when dialing the number back...  dead air....  who is this?

Calling back numbers you do not know can be bad:
(1) The area code may be a Caribbean country & you just got charged International rates.
(2) You just confirmed to the scammer that your number is good & now they're going to sell it to other scammers.
(3) The scammer knows they have a very curious person who they will set up for something.
Check the number FIRST.

his caller from this # calls 2 to 4 times a day. when I answer they say nothing. I've called back and they do not answer. I WANT THIS TO STOP. IF IT DOESN'T I WILL REPORT THIS # TO THE FCC AND THE POLICE DEPT. AS HARRASMENT. 781 AREA CODE IS FROM WELSLEY MASS. AREA.
