I called the number back adding the *67 prefix. Reached a Ring-Trip-Drop on the first attempt, while reaching a heavily garbled recording on the second, third and fourth tries.
I was able to hear the discern the words "non-profit" as well as verbiage to indicate that this is a telemarketer.
