Got a call from this number on my cell on the 19th , while I was at work. Like everyone else, there was no message left. I think I'm going to get one of those air horns like are used at soccer games. When one of these oddball numbers comes in, I'll answer it & then blow the horn into the mouthpiece of the phone. Maybe they'll get the hint!
