Another mystery caller that hangs up after three rings.  Great invention idea:  create a phone that ignores the first four rings before it starts the ringer - the telemarketing industry would be out of business in a week.

Hangs up when my answering machine picks up the call.  More and more instances of
Do Not Call list being ignored.

Same here, saw it on caller ID, they hung up when ans machine picked up, added it to my blocked calls list.

when you call back it says number changed then hangs up

Saw number on caller ID.  Didn't recognize number so didn't pick it up.  After three rings, they hung up.  So aggravted.  Why am I on the DO NOT CALL list???
