Same old SCAM! A women asks for an electric bill, hunting for personal info. Usually calls on a weekend or early Saturday or Sunday. Sounds like a smoker from a dump. Hides her true intent by putting UNKNOWN NUMBER on a caller ID. Really? Who does that?
