Who called from 7814160970

Calls often and does not leave messages.

I get calls from this number too without a message.
My guess is it's a debt collector number. I have had other calls from numbers in that area from the same debt collector. They have multiple phone numbers.

2x I received a call from this number which I missed the call.  I go to call it back and it says the number is no longer in service.
