Faked number - on call back it comes up as a disconnected or no longer in service number. It is a MA area code, but the callers listed physical address is: 800 W El Camino Real Ste 180, Mountain View, CA 94040, which is the ACTUAL address of the REGUS leasing office for that building at that address.
So, what we have here is somebody who is cold calling realtors trying to sign you up for a $159/month deal for "lead generation" from a FAKED NUMBER at a FAKED ADDRESS. ....and they want your CREDIT CARD info to do this. Yeah, right. Like I'm going to give my card info to some schmuck calling me from a FAKED number, a fake business and for a FAKE service??? Hello no!
Look it up for yourself ---> their website is www.YURZ.com and check out the address and what it comes up to. The same Suite number they give for their office at that location, is the EXACT same Suite number for the REGUS leasing office.
Something smells ROTTEN here and I don't think it's just the fish...
Also, they stated that they couldn't give me any web addresses of the sites that they have built for other realtors in MY state because of an FCC law. I call Bull$#it on that one. Couldn't cite me the rule or law. You can't cite what doesn't exist.
They sure knew THAT one, but didn't know that it's ILLEGAL to FAKE your Caller ID info?!?

Same old scam offer - we'll give you "exclusive" leads, build you a custom website, "optimize your SEO" and blah, blah, blah, blah. The crap just started flowing all over my shoes. Felt like I needed a shower after speaking with that idiot for 5 minutes.
Well I got this call today as well he says Ahhhh I'm calling a realtor..........I said I'm Not A Realtor I'm a Real Estate Appraiser. He was stumped when I told him I'm not a realtor and he hung up rudely. I did get this call previously about 3 months ago with the same sales pitch and very enthusiastic push to get me started for a fee. Try your best to not laugh but tell them you work in a totally different field after they ask for your card. They will have wasted all that time marketing you. Its obviously a scam so report the number to the state you live in for telemarketing fraud and register your cell phone number with www.donotcall.gov
