Automated scamming attempt with an interactive computer lady voice. I managed to keep the machine going for almost a couple of minutes, evading its personal questions. They really, really want your insurance and identification information so that they can bill Medicaid on your behalf.
It's got 'deceit' written all over it. The voice lady does not announce it is merely a machine; they lie when they say they're returning your call about a back brace; they're using known psychological tools of persuasive speech.
This is an interesting low-cost scam aiming to rip off Medicaid. Don't do any dealing with them, of course.
