Rude, verbally aggressive, and abrasive male caller demanded to speak with the 'manager' or 'owner', who he asked for by name, Refused to answer my questions about who he was or what he wanted, then he attempted to browbeat me into giving the phone to the 'manager'. He eventually hung up after I was able to waste about three minutes of his time.
Thanks for the detailed post! Since I don't know anyone in "Massachusetts," I pressed the fax button to disconnect the phone call. Found your posts and others on this Web site then filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. If enough folk file a complaint, perhaps this telemarketer will stop calling. ~Have a peaceful day.
I did a*67 and called them back. A recorded message came on thanking me for calling the insurance hotline. After a very brief spiel they offered to take my business # off their list. Fortunately, they had called my business so I left them a message back telling them to remove my number.
Funny thing, when I answered the phone there was a man's voice laughing away. I guess someone said something funny just as I answered. He never realized I was already on the phone. He just hung up.
