Alex, from Support On Click - said my computer notified them there was a problem and they wanted me to go online with them and solve it; asked how they got on my computer; said they hadn't but they "knew" there was an issue; didn't continue with them, hung up.
This number, 1-781-452-0714, is part of the "Support on Click" SCAM. Other numbers involved in this scam include 1-347-289-3770, 1-646-884-9561, 1-212-796-4064 and 1-212-796-0581.
