Caller ID says "Cambridge  MA".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  I hear the following, "We're sorry your call did not go through.  Will you, please, try your call again."  This does not sound like any phone company message.

So spoofed caller ID and the inability to be called back.  Smells like a SCAM.
