refused to give name or what the call was pertaining to, so therefore call could not be forwarded to replacement Staff - his loss.
Asked for an employee not in my department. When asking for his contact info, he refused to give it and hung up the phone. What he didn't know is that I can pull up my call log and can see caller ID. I'm not sure what kind of call it was, but seems suspicious enough for me to report it.
