We got a call from this number today at 6:31 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was EAST WEYMOUT MA [sic], even though the exchange is for Lynn, Malden, and Medford. No voicemail message was left. We have gotten similar calls in the past from this number with the same caller ID during local primary elections. For this reason I suspect it is a political call. The number will be added to our call blocker. I should have done this earlier, but I though it wouldn't be necessary after the primary elections were over.
We got a call again from this number today at 6:01 pm. This time it was blocked by our call blocker. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances. Please see my previous post of two days ago.
We got a call again from this number today at 6:49 pm, and it was again blocked by our call blocker. I'm surprised that others haven't posted information about this number.
