The owner of this site steals content from other legitimate sites and then passes it on in spam email. The spam comes from many different disposable domains and is usually sent from multiple servers. There is no known way to ask them to stop sending this spam, as they ignore any requests and then just send more once your email address has been tracked and confirmed.
