Caller claimed to be from Georgeson Securities looking for someone with the same last name as me.  They're trying to find that person to reunite them with some financial property that will soon be considered abandoned.

In my state abandoned property like this has to be held by the state until the owner or a confirmed heir claims it.  

I don't think this is a scam.  

Too bad it's not for me!
