Harmless text to landline phone number (and landline to text)

Harmless, my [***].  As if I don't receive enough spam along w/ my regular correspondence, these so-called harmless texts take up memory and time to remove.  Someone stating this is harmless makes me think he/she is of the annoying Text to Landline company that harrasses with these annoying, unsolicited texts.

No message,  just on my cell phone.  Dont want these calls.

who are you pick up the phone

Got a text message from 815-223-1993 that said "PLEASE CALL" so I texted back, "Who are you?" then I got a text from 781-577-6804 that says' "This is the reply to your Text to Landline message from 815-223-1993.  Press TALK to listen.  

I texted back, "Please just tell me who you are."    no reply.

I googled the 815 number and got Restorative Home Health Care LLC out of LaSalle, IL.
