I got an unsolicited text from 7810577-6885. I'm sure it's some form of phone spam that we are going to start to see a lot more of. I resent this kind of [***] especially since text messaging for soft users like myself costs money every time weather I send or (unwanted) receive.
Looks like an ad for a "Service" that allows you to send text messages to a landline phone. ALL Sprint phones (most other providers) have this ability WITHOUT dialing any numbers, you simply text message a landline like you would text message another cell phone.
Probably a scam.
Do you know anyone in Massachusetts? Did you post your number on craigslist or Backpage?
i got the same message and did nothing. got a reply saying my text was sent to a 512 number. i am in austin and i didn't text anyone. i deleted both texts
