Well today I received a call from this number initially I though it was a telemarketer. They did not leave a message. They called back in a few minutes still did not have the time to answer but this time they left a message. I know the person. Its a member of a friendly family and they are not harrasing anyone. I volunteer for an agency and I met them because I know their language. They are in the US because the child gets treatment for a condition. I guess the person tries to call but dials wrong numbers and since they cannot really speak english they hung up and this sounds impolite to the rest of us... I am sure that they are not hacking any sites... as someone on another site suggested ... God bless u all
I just got a call from 200-0, and I've never seen an incoming call look like that. I let it go to voicemail, but they left nothing. On a return phone call it said that the number couldn't be completed as dialed, and that was all.
