So called Bryan Scott has started calling me about owing money but can't give me any details. He was not professional at all and cussed and yelled. He will call then call again back to back. I was so furious I started crying.lol  He did proceed to call me an a hole, could have been worse. Nobody seems to know what to do about it not even the police, and something needs to be done before he does this to alot more people. I did give him a ear full and didn't know I had it in me. He did tell me he will blow up the phone lines at my work and get me fired. This needs to stop and I will stop it somehow someway if i have to fly there.

These [***] kept calling my work yesterday. Kept taking up all our phone lines. My coworkers messed with them with offensive sayings. I never gotten a payday loan. I have no idea how they got my info. It was really embarrassing ESP after they called all day. Whatever my coworkers did tell  them it seemed to have worked because they did not call today thank god. Also im happy my boss understood the situation or else I could of been fired for something so stupid. I left these Indian people rude messages. Whatever you do never give them money. They will give up if you show them you're not stupid. Stand up for your rights. They take no for an answer! Just have coworkers tell them you got fired over these phone calls and maybe that will do it? These people need to me stoned to death. Funny thing Is they never called my  cell phone once and they could variety my birthday or whole ss#. Fraud! And today I caller them and # is disconnected. Hmm. Strange

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

ABC News released an investigative report on this scam a year ago:

They claim they are law enforcement. The police say it is a scam. I am not the person they are even looking for. They say they do not care that they are calling a business. I have repetitively asked them for their company name, address, and business license. I have a friend who does collections. She says you have to clearly identify yourself, and provide any information requested by the client to prove yourself
