Man phoned twice in five minutes on Friday and once so far today.  He never wants to introduce his company through Purchasing and hung up the second time I asked the purpose of his call.  This afternoon, he requested the person in charge of internal maintenance but named a specific Marketing manager.  I told him the employee didn't handle that and also I was unable to look up titles in the directories to find out who did.  He refused my offer to take a message and conduct further research.
