Who called from 7817283819

I didn't answer.  I called this number back from a land line. Got message "Seven nine one. The number you have called is not in service."

Answered call but no one was on the line. May be an “active phone number phishing” call.

Number just called me, 781-728-3819, I answered, heard one blip of a word, then they hung up. Scam Scum!
