Caller ID says "MASSACHUSETTS".  They leave no message.

I call back (using *67 to block my number).  I hear the following, "We're sorry; the number you have dialed has been changed or is not in service.  For a valuable message from one of our sponsors, please, stay on the line while we retrieve this information for you.  We're starting the search now.  Again the number you dialed is not in service.  To learn more about XXX, press 1."  I press nothing.  They continue, "Again, to learn more about XXX, press 1."  I again press nothing.  They continue,  "Goodbye."  The following repeats 3 times,  "We're sorry your call did not go through.  Will you, please, hang up and try your call again.  Framingham Tops."  Then they hang up.  I googled "Framingham Tops", but I found nothing.

One time XXX was "Empire today and how we can help you with your flooring and window treatment needs".  Another time XXX was "Everest college and how to begin earning a diploma or degree at a campus near you".

So they spoof the caller ID.  They leave no message.  They can't be called back.  Smells like a SCAM!
