I just received a call from "Joe" He said he was responding to my recent request about social security benefits. I told him that he must have the wrong number because I had not made any such request. So he hung up on me. Very frustrating! This is like the 3rd or 4th call I've received today. I have children and answer most numbers as the one I don't may be an emergency for the one of them. I am on the do not call list. Why does this keep happening?
