This is spam. called me three times with different phone numbers. ID always says RIVER, CHARLES. I believe they are spoofing phone numbers. Besides this one there is: 7818990100 as well as 7818990299. They never leave messages. They are all blocked but keep on calling with different numbers that always begin with 781899.
