Who called from 7819998686

Just got a call from an annoying Spanish answering machine.  Couldn't understand a lick of what they were saying so I hung up and called back.  Wanted to tell them to put me on their do not freakin' call list but all I got was a busy signal.  Those wimps.

HOWEVER---yesterday, I received a phone call from 212-999-8686.  Apparently, same deal (Spanish robocall), but different area code.  I'm not sure what it means.

Is your cell a tracfone?  Mine is and I also got a call from this number.  I am debating on calling tracfone to let them know........not that I think they willdo anything but it might be worth a try.
