I called Zales. They said this company does NOT represent them. Do not discuss your contact info or your credit card info with them. They are trying to gather your personal info to rip you off.
I called the # back... Its a "company" called Contact America they ask you to stay on the phone so that you may talk to a rep and put your number on a no call list ... ofcouse at the end you dont get anyone and you are forced to leave a message.
If your phone number isn't already registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, do so right away. (cell number too!!) After 30 days, unwelcome, unsolicited telemarketers can not call you...EVER. And your registration does not expire. If you continue to be bothered by them, you can report the violation and sue them for harrassment, should you be so inclined.
Wow, Did any of you also get a call from 860-609-0304.............It's too bad we have to much to do.....other wise it we could harass the telemarketers back!!!!!!!!!!
This number has been calling me nonstop for days, three times within the hour today. We're on the "no call" list, but there's a loophole that voids it against solicitors you've done business with or given your number to.
called to sell platinum insurace for a zales purchase. but since i'm not on account & spouse wasn't home, they said spouse would have to call 800-999-7829 to talk to them if spouse wanted to purchase insurance. end of conversation.
