Called my cell at 10PM on Friday, which is ILLEGAL in itself. "Legal" telemarketing hours are 8AM to 9PM. I'd already gone to bed, so didn't even hear it. Found the 'missed call' from this number the next day. No msg.
We used the Miami franchise of SAFELIGHT windshield replacement (as required by our insurance) for a smashed windshield in Febrary 2013. Of course, we had to use our CELLS to call; otherwise we never give out those numbers. Those people (Miami Safelight employee and his 'manager') COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH and were RIPOFF SCUMBAGS who tried to get $500 EXTRA cash out of on TOP of our insurance's FULL glass coverage. Ever since then, we've had HUNDREDS of SPAM calls from the MIAMI area on our cells AS WELL AS our HOME phone, which we had to give on the paperwork. Coincidence??? I doubt it.
I'm on the east coast, but still use a 306 WA cell phone. They called me on Sunday afternoon but did not leave a message. After reading the above, I plan to block the number too. It is probably a random dialer and they pick up when they hear your voice.
I received a call from (786) 204-4348 (FL, USA) on August 1 2014. When I answered the call it sounded like a recording spoken in Spanish. I will mark yet another number not to answer in an already accumulating list of same type annoying telemarketers.
