Who called from 7862044348

Call cannot be completed as died when I called back

786-204-4348 - called my cell phone, I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer.  The caller left NO message. Not even 15 minutes later I received another call, which I assumed was from the same number...but the 2nd caller's number was off by 1 digit, ending in 58 instead of 48... it was 786-204-4358
so annoying because I dont have bill collectors calling me for any reason, and I registered my number with the National DO NOT CALL Registry.  So why do these "telemarketers" insist on calling?  I've been wondering...Are these really telemarketers, or some other type of scam?

This number called me & when I answered, it was a recording in a foreign language.  Similar to Spanish, but wasn't.  No idea who it was was.  I caught that is was asking me to press 8.  I hung up

Called but left no message. I've had calls from other numbers that were scams so I no longer answer if I don't recognize the number

No message left on my cell phone.  I do not know anyone in Florida, which is where the call originated.
