I get phone calls from Zoonix constantly. I finally began to answer to find out who this number was that was always calling, and after a few times I can now recite their lines to them before they have a chance. No matter how many time you ask politely to have them remove your phone number from their calling lists, they will call again. No matter how upset you may act or how serious you are when you make it clear you're not interested, they will simply attempt to continue their script as if it's all they were allowed to say. I figure at this point just don't answer, otherwise it will show Zoonix that they have a live number that answers.. As they say in commission sales.. If the door is open, the store is open.

Now, what needs to be done is simple. You send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to stop calling you, and you tell them that you want a written copy of their DNC policy they are required to furnish by law. Then when the call again, you sue them for TCPA violations costing them $500 per call with the possibility of treble damages ($1500 per call).
