Who called from 7862190465

Just got a call in from them on my cell phone. it came up on my called I'd with it saying its a Florida underneath the number.  Didn't pick it up went straight to voice mail the didn't leave a message imagine that . thank God I didn't pick it up.

They called but I didn't answer. Glad I didn't since it appears to be a scam/spammer. I am on Do Not Call List so I don't understand this.

Just got a call also, I don't pick up from numbers I don't know. It's a scam if they really wanted you they would leave a message. Beware!

Just received a call from this number. I let it go to VM.

Because the National Do Not Call registry is a "feel good" joke from the folks in Washington DC.  They don't give a rat's butt about us.
