Just got a call from them didn't answer because I didn't recognize number. They left no message, so welcome to the block list! :-)

Right... Why answer if you don't know the number??? Let it go to voicemail or answering machine... No message block them...

Can't these be reported to Do Not Call?
I got a call, but never answer if I don't know the number.
If they don't leave a message, they obviously are not someone I need to talk to.

I always answer unknown calls cause I deal with animal rescue - so I have to. Called me today. Answered. Said hello 4 times, and they hung up.

I just received a call from the same people.  I didn't answer it because I never answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize.  Instead I do a "search" on the number which led me here.  Good thing.
