Same here they called me last week saying I was approved for a 3,000 loan & would have to go to Walmart to put 200 on a card & I can pick my money up from western union
I got the same call, and when I asked why would I need to purchase a gift card she said it was for verification. She kept saying the same thing when I asked questions like who is to say I go purchase a card give you the number this is not a scam. She just repeated the scripting of checking creditability umm.. no thanks you will not be getting my hard earned $250. Shows on my caller ID as Global Voicecom. They act like they are providing another number for you to reach the finance office, when in fact its the same phone number they give you to call. I also asked who the financer is of this loan and never got an answer.
I received same call. Sge said the company was Loan Me. I called the registered Loan Me Company and they ga no record of a recently appoved loan. -- SCAM!
