I received a text from this number. This phone number got my number from Craig's List to inquiry about an item I had for sale. They eventually asked for my name, where I lived and if I had a Paypal account.
I was suspicious because the area code was from another state (FL). I do not provide personal information via texts. I told them to call me if they were a serious buyer and I never heard from them.
I too got a lot of text from this number and kept asking me for the information that is already on the add and if I too had pay pal account and then proceeded to ask we're I was located David cooper is the name That they gave me on a text do not give any info to anybody over the phone!
Same here David Cooper. Said he was in Mississippi but the number is a Miami,FL exchange.Sent fake PayPal e-mails trying to get me to pay a shipping charge up front "before the funds could be released.
