I just received same message as others here have commented. strong Asian accent & hard to understand. First time she called it said private number on caller ID & I did not answer. She called right back and it said homestead F L. I did not answer and so she left a message

Sounded like a female East Indian speaking English. She was threateninng a non-specific enforcement, with a significant monitary penalty if I failed to call back at the number she left. The recording did not include the name the call and threats were intended for. Probably some GSE or NGO trying to steal enough money to keep Obamacare running, or buy more drones to murder the innocent.
